Ken from Pro-tech is honest and efficient. He has replaced a cracked toilet tank in my home, price was very reasonable, and he did complete clean up when finished. Recently, I called him again, because I had no hot water. He came and checked my hot water tank, and found that the switch had tripped only. He easily could have told me that I needed a new tank, but he did not. As a senior citizen, I am leery, about letting strangers into my home. After much research, I am glad I found Ken. Do not hesitate to call him with your plumbing needs. He is very professional, pleasant and his customer service is the best.
