Mr. Ratcliff from Pro-to-Call was very friendly and helpful. He was available and eager to do the job. I was looking for a concrete stain job, and he asked for cash for supplies and offered to do the job right away. He pulled up a floor that needed removal. He then painted, not stained the concrete, with garage floor type paint. He said he would be back to do a second highlighting type coat. I paid him for the work, and he left. I never saw him again. I cleaned up the mess his crew left. They spilled something sticky on a floor and wall and put a trash bag over it. There were things missing from the apartment. I left messages on his and his wife's phones. I did not get a call back. I am a new property manager, so I chalked it up to a good learning experience and moved on.
I contacted Mr.Ratcliff to do custom interior painting. He showed up on timefor the estimate and on time for the Job. He did ask for a deposit for the materials or gave me the option of buying it myself, or to provide a charge account with the paint company and would buy the materials and would charge my account. I got 4 references so I hen trusted him to pay the deposite. His work was more than I expected. They went way beyond what they should have doing other services they did not charge for. They were very professional, and honest. I thought we would need to replace a few areas and he was able to fix it and save us ALOT of money. I would definitely recommend them to use. Everyone has their goood and bad days . I see Ms.Miller didnt have a good expereience with them, but we did as well as the dozens of great reviews online. I will recommend them to my friends, family and whomever needs any painting & repairs done! Over all I am ab EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
