The overall experience with pro waterproofing and demo was awful. Mike contracted the pool removal job on august 27, which he required a hefty deposit (half the cost of the job) before he stared work. He cashed the check immediately after he received it.
On September 9, he took down the pool (3 hours). The job is still not complete 40 days later. My yard is a disaster.
Do NOT hire this company. Do NOT allow them to touch your yard.

It seems like Mike Doman (now just - ProDemolition) has not changed a bit, per the last reviews. This contractor acts kind and can say the right things, bid the right $ to get the job. When the job starts he's always "dealing with personal issues" or "on another job, starting yours tomorrow" type excuses after excuses. When he was awarded the job, he was constantly looking for the 50% down payment, calling, visiting the house, texting. He was relentless looking for money before the DEMO (yes demo with very little upfront costs) job even started. All the utility disconnects were supposed to be made by him...I ended up doing them all because he pushed it off. He kept saying the permit was ready and he just needed to pick it up... I called the city and he hadn't even given his COI or pay a bond. Oh, and his COI was canceled for nonpayment during the job, per his agent. To top it all off, he started the job with undersized equipment and sent a fax that night stating to finish the job he needed another 50% of the total contract added to the final bill... Needless to say, I do not recommend this contractor. He is a scammer. Just an awful experience. This job is more than 6 months since he was awarded it. 3 months before that was the bidding process. He has been fired!
