*DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY** The worst experience! Handyman work for a high price. I'd be happy to show you work he has done as a reference. Marcus is a crook and his crew are lazy idiots. If Marcos shows up to work, you will quickly understand the meaning of INSANITY. Cut corners. Inexperienced laborers. Sleeping on the job. Leaving doors wide open & unlocked (found someone in my home unexpectedly). Crew microwaving uncovered food that exploded (was never used yet). It took 8 times to tile a bathroom niche (8 times!) with sharp edges and uneven finish work time after time. Tile has to be reordered 5 times because of mistakes. New appliances were moved, dropped and dented by the dolly. Marcus immediately said his people never touched them (a lie). Crooked walls, uneven tile surfaces, light fixtures & cabinets. Plumber installed fixtures, but never tightened anything, causing leaks and warped cabinet bases in all sinks (bathrooms, kitchen & bar sink). Light switches are reversed and so is the Hot & Cold shower temps. Crew are SLOBS-working in master bedroom without covering bedding, never sweeping up messes. Marcus will interrupt you and say, "I understand" and not listen. When issues were addressed, Marcus lost his temper and threatened to place a lien if we did not pay in full (we wanted compensation). There were damages and reordered tile that were not reimbursed. Upon moving in and starting cable, Marcos came back to find the cable wires and cut a bunch of drywall holes since they did not leave an access panel, but upon finishing, he re-installed a closet rack crooked. Then said he never touched it. Solid wood door damage was covered in wood putty and painted. These guys were 5 months past the proposed timeline (8 months total). RUN, not walk, from these yahoos.
