Gerlado Robles has been a delight to work with. He did a complete remodel on my home to include removal of a load-bearing interior wall, complete redo of kitchen and 2 bathrooms to include custom cabinetry and tile work. He installed brick flooring throughout the house, and upgraded all the heating and lighting. He replaced my front door and all interior doors, smoothed my course-textured walls and painted all interior surfaces.
The work was completed on time and on budget. I live in close proximity to my neighbors and so I was very pleased when several neighbors commented on how impressed they were with the cleanliness of the work area and the friendliness of the crew.

I've been in the green building materials supply trade for several decades and have worked with many contractors and home owners on major projects, and have heard many stories, good and bad, from my clients.

I engaged with Gerardo at Process to replace 2 cracked vigas, replace a failing portal, completely reroof my 2200 sf mid-thirties adobe, upgrade entry flagstone & patio and other minor upgrades. The viga replacement involved structural work on an interior bearing wall with a passage doorway.

The work was delivered on time, on budget, and was done properly and beautifully. Gerardo and his crew were professional & polite & kept the interior & exterior work areas very clean. He was very responsive to questions & minor adjustments in the finish appearance of the work.

My house was completely remodeled in 2022, to include removal of weight-bearing walls (both interior and exterior), bathroom addition, complete kitchen remodel with custom cabinetry, raising the floor level, sunroom addition, brick and flagstone flooring. I am very happy with the results and the process, especially as I was living on-site during the work period.
