fix a leaky pipe between walls.
    $100

Tom and his assistant were prompt, courteous and professional. They were efficient and cleaned up the small amount of debris caused by their construction.

I had some concerns being a new resident here in the Charleston area. My wife and I had purchased a house, but after we had been here a little while, could here dripping behind a wall between a built-in bookcase and a bathroom sink.

Tom's initial quote, was mainly to cover the time likely necessary to remove and reinstall the countertop (likely all day). Tom was able to cut a hole into the wall, under the sink and able to determine the drip was inside the pipe, as the pipe was canted at just a little bit of an angle, but there was no water damage or wet areas.

I was prepared to pay for the projected cost, but Tom lowered the charges to an amount sufficient to cover his and his assistants time. If I have any plumbing or electrical work in the future, I will be sure to call Tom back. Trust in honesty and good workmanship is something to be greatly valued.

    Verified Hire

Don't waste your time on another contractor.. Tom was prompt, professional, and a good solution-finder to some quirks we had in our house, To beat it all, he gave us the best price of all the other contractors we interviewed.. We did not hire him based on that, though. We felt comfortable with him, enough so that we left him in our home while we went to work. He is a jack-of-all-trades and completed a full bathroom remodel in addition to smaller masonry and electrical projects we had. He completed the job on time (13 work days) and stayed within budget. We plan to hire him again in the near future.

I used MasterCraft Home Solutions to remodel my kitchen, and familyroom. The staff was very professional, and prompt. The quality of the work they did was outstanding. I would recommend them highly if you are looking to do remodeling work.
