Terrible builder, numerous leaks, faulty electrical wiring. Several foundation cracks wide enough to put a quarter in. Mold in walls behind shower walls, floor as well. We had almost all windows replaced 2 times because foundation shifts caused 2 windows to shatter the others the seals leaked and caused condensation to fill in between the double panes.

We would recommend prodigy homes. We are currently living in one of their rebuilt homes, been here for over 4 years and our family and I are extremely happy in our 2300 square foot home on a large sum of property. Our usable space maximized extremely well for our large family. We will have Prodigy homes be our contractors again.

By AnonymousApril 7, 2015built a new home$400,000Don't ever spend money on Prodigy built houses
We bought a new home from Prodigy, First off they build shoddy homes. The foundation has several cracks, had to replace several travertine tiles, still need more replaced , ones they did replace were from a different lot so color is completely different. They do Not follow up when a warranty issue covered by Prodigy needs to be done again. Light shines through the crooked door jams, at the top and bottom. Stucco splitting all around house, paint wore off within 3 months. electrical issues in the kitchen as well as the sink is glued to the bottom of the granite counter, so you can't fill the sink with water enough to wash dishes or put water in a large pot unless holding it. Water that goes behind the shower stall wall is `normal' per Gregg. They will set appointments up close to the expiration of their warranty so the work is not finished or even started. They will slander you to the people you will live next to for years, if not a lifetime, because you complain that you brand new home is cracking, literally apart. Styrofoam used where concrete or wood should have been placed. Window sills are warped
, my main bathroom has a default in the bathtub, after you use it there is a basket weave pattern is very prominent. Many more defaults to list. I would NEVER recommend Prodigy, not even to my
worst enemy. They need to figure out how to really build a house, not put a bandaid on a wound that needs stitches.

I would definitely not recommend this builder to anyone. Not very reliable, work done is not very good. It takes them a very long time, I mean over two year to fix things. My travertine tiles has holes and cracks in it. And some of the tiles were uneven with the floor. They said it was normal to see cracks and holes. This is not my first house. The paint job was not completed, still has white spots here and there. The worst thing was there was a noise vibration in the wall from where the AC unit was placed next to my son bedroom. My electrical trips every day in the kitchen area. I'm so used to reset it everyday. I told the builder about these problems and they still have not even contact me to fix the problems. They left and disappear. They don't even contact me.
