Excellent work. They got our permit on time, as promised and did our roof in a very professional manner. After that we decided to hired them again to do our home remodeling project. The permit for the remodeling took some time to get, but it was due to city requirements and engineering plans. However, they explained the process and we took the time to get to know them, visited their office and met their employees. We also asked to meet the engineer and talked to him directly to understand the process. At the end they did everything to work it out to our advantage. Once the city issued the permit, the work was done on time and the end result was beautiful. Very pleased with them.

Wrote a check for $10,500 and Rene Suarez was incapable of getting a permit. He used another business name, Professional Builders and Restoration. We had to hire another roofing company to do our 5 million project and he never refunded our money. Did not answer emails, text messages or phones calls. BEWARE, you will find other reviews under different company names. Professional Builders and Restoration, Professional Building Restoration Inc., Skyline Restoration. BEWARE!!!

We had a similar experience to Sarena W's. Gave deposit to Jose Nunez and Rene Suarez. They took it very fast but never started the project just requested initial permit. They took ages to respond phone calls and the project never got started. They refused to return deposit but they never even started the job! Stay away from this company. They are unprofessional and do not perform in a timely manner. They lack basic communication skills. Unreliable and dishonest.
