Chris was professional, reliable, and courteous. He came when he said he would and completed a big job for me in three days! He had 2 or 3 men working and was there to supervise except when going to pick up supplies. He put in a paver patio, added gravel to some areas, installed 2 buried drains, installed a corrugated plastic under deck with a gutter. This was a very wet area and not really usable until these improvements were made. A couple of things needed to be adjusted and he came out the next day and took care of them. Now it is a great place to relax. Pleased with the quality and speed of the job.

I was not satisfied with his work. He met with me, I explained the work that I wanted done and he said no problem. The next day two workers showed up and no sign of Mr. Owens all day long. The workers did horrible work, and it looked like an amateur did the work. Uneven joints, painted over unfinished areas, and they used old wood which looked left over from another job. I complained and another guy came and did follow up work which was just as bad as the first two guys. I paid half of the money and then had to hire another contractor to come fix Prof Services horrible job. I do not recommend.

He didn't finish my job correctly and refused to fix it, so I had to ask him to leave the job and hire someone who COULD do the job the correct way. VERY DISAPPOINTED with his work. two thumbs down.

I had Chris renovate a bathroom of mine and I was very unpleased with his professionalism. He took my sink countertop without my permission with all the hardware attached (which I was hoping to keep). When I asked him about it said he had disposed of it. He did not pay attention to detail. He was very rushed with his work and did not sand any of the putty-- he just painted over it. He only painted one coat of paint on a dark painted bathroom and refused to paint another coat-- leaving the paint showing through. When I asked him to fix some of his work, he huffed and puffed and said "this is what I paid for?" Who doesn't take pride in their work. I would never refer him to anyone.

Dropped off some workers at my house. They did horrible work, and I had to wait until he returned to complain. Then he said he would be back that weekend to fix my issues, and he never came back, taking half my money and then I had to hire a new company to fix and do it right!
