    Entire house roof

I hired Don to do my roof, went to the property, measured it, inspect it, give a quote and then request more money and insist he will not finish the job unless the extra money is paid.

Hired the contractor Don to cap a window sill, install new flashing around my chimney and do some siding repairs. The cap was never done, the chimney flashing was placed above the shingles where water could still get in and a piece of siding fell off two weeks after he installed it. If I could give no stars I would.

The floor was to be coated with a special anti slip epoxy coating actually used by the military. (I-175) I asked contractor Donnell Snyder to speak with the manufacturer if he was unfamiliar with how to apply. He did so but the first application "failed" according to the manufacturer. It hadn't cured within the alotted time period. Also, some of his crew had actually walked on the floor while it was wet. It was suggested by the manufacturer that he wait until the dew point was at least 5° lower than the temperature to re-do. Mr. Snyder did that. Now I find that there are 3 areas that lifted and are open, showing the bare plywood underneath. This is a major problem because now my miniature goat's are housed in the shed and I have no place to keep them for 3 days in order to redo the floor. Also moisture has now gotten under the coating and into the plywood. The biggest problem is Mr. Snyder is now ignoring my texts and will not respond to my pleas to remedy this situation. It has been at least 3 was since he responded last. I will eventually need to address this legally. I hope you are able to assist in this situation. Thank you
