Todd Bristol
We hired Todd to landscape our yard at our new home. The first month following the completion of the project we notified Todd that there seemed to be an excessive amount of standing water in our yard. Todd never made an attempt to help resolve this issue. After 7 months and numerous episodes of standing water in the yard we attempted to contact Todd again concerning this. We are looking for solutions and also willing to work with him. We sent certified letters but again no reply. He was happy to take the $10k plus to landscape our yard but never willing to follow up in his plan of NOT installing drainage or sloping the landscape to prevent pooling. It is now 9 months since the landscape has been installed and we have discovered that had drains been installed with the original project we wouldn't be dealing with this issue. It is apparent that Todd doesn't have the skills necessary to do professional work. Very disappointed As any customer would be. We would have been happy to expend the $$ initially but now we will be spending more than 1/3 of our original cost to retro what should have been done 9 months ago.
