I am doing a comprehensive remodel and addition in Los Altos. We have been very happy with the Progress Builder team. Before we engaged them we did take a lot of time to interview as many General Contractors as possible. Prices and quality can vary greatly – especially in Palo Alto, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Mountain View, Menlo Park, etc. So, for all people out there try to do the same to make sure you work with the best team who can either remodel or build your new dream home. The team is trying very hard to stay on time and on budget which is in our best interest. The PB team is often given great feedback on how things can be improved, look better or how it can be done less expensive. The Project Manager is running a tight tap on all expenses to make sure that nothing gets overbilled or gets billed incorrectly. In our case we had a few very unexpected change orders due to significant termite damages. The team has been very flexible and has helped us to see this project to completion. We like the quality, professionalism and would certainly hire them again. So, all thumbs up!
