Progressive Builders is an amazing remodeling company, we called them to remodel our bathroom in our house. Everything was exactly the way he promised. Every morning workers arrived on time. They did a great job and left the place clean every time. Very detailed, very professional and they paid attention to the small details I was concerned about. We enjoyed working with Progressive Builders very much and we would highly recommend them to everyone!

We are almost at the end of our first job with Progressive Builders. I say "first" because we are already planning our next project with them. Working with them is a pleasure because make sure you are pleased. Couple that with the craftsmanship of the guys who work for them and you have a winning combo. If you are meeting several contractors put them at the top of your list. If you want to get a bid from just one, call them.

We hired them to do a big home renovation - open up the kitchen, create a master suite, redo a second bathroom, repair 2 cracks in the foundation. We were totally blown away by the work performed by Progressive Builders. In 8 weeks, they transformed the house into a modern masterpiece. The professionalism exhibited by them throughout the whole process was great. When we had issues, they were there to take care of the issue. Perhaps the best attribute of them is that they take pride in their work and want to do the job right.

We had new flooring installed in the master bedroom, which did not match the other floors, so they refinished all the floors they all look the same. In terms of prices, they are not inexpensive, but what we got was a top-of-the-line job from experts using quality materials. They were able to anticipate any issues and fix them right away. The price on the contract was the price we paid, no surprises.

I would recommend Progressive Builders to anyone looking to do a remodel. I found them on Houzz also and use them because of their five-star reviews.They gave me the bathroom I had dreamed about. They followed my plan and my design and although my plan and my design was not perfect and there were a few glitches they were always more than willing and amicable to work any situation out. Their customer service is outstanding. My all questions were addressed. I truly appreciated their customer service and that they're goal was to make sure that I was happy.

They are very professional and on time. They were completely accessible and responsive. Always. The workers are respectful, professional, experienced and detail focused. They hold to their budget and project specs. The only reason we went over budget was because of changes we made to the scope of the project. They are flexible. If we made changes as we saw things come together - they worked with us. Zero complaining. They were ON TIME AND ON BUDGET.

Remodeling a kitchen is a pretty major under taking, and was quite an investment for us, so we wanted to go with someone we felt confident with, and after our first meeting with progressive Builders, we set around our schedule as we felt like a team. Speaking of progress, our full-kitchen remodel was finished 4 weeks ahead of schedule, and included many cool features and ideas they included in the design. Like any construction project, our 1950s home threw them a couple of curve balls, but they tackled those challenges with practical solutions, even re-doing work to ensure that the final product was exactly what we wanted. In terms of feedback, Progressive Builders hit that nice middle ground, taking initiative on the little things, but always allowing us the opportunity to discuss in between project multiple times to ensure our needs and requirements fulfilled.

They offer quality kitchen designs at an affordable price. The workers did an excellent job. each day after finishing, they would clean up after themselves, and the finished product was everything I had hoped for. The material used is actually of high quality ( marble) but it was still made affordable. amazing.

They are absolute pro at guiding you through the design process. The Installation team was highly experienced and professional. Their finished cabinet products are second to none. This was my first experience with Progressive Builders and they were very attentive and quite helpful the entire time. The project involved replacing the kitchen, cabinets and doing the floors as well. It was a big deal to me and so, they made it feel like it was a big deal to them as well. I had a designer assigned to me and she was wonderful and very helpful. They presented all the design options, then allowed the timing needed to adjust and then decide. I never felt pressured and it was very reassuring to know how accessible they were. They are absolutely customer service oriented and I highly recommend the company.

I used Progressive Builders based on their reputation for quality. Seeing everything made under one roof from scratch very impressive. Their staff is very knowledgeable, through and easy to work with. It was nice to work with a company that could handle the entire job, from the interior design down to the smallest of details. My new kitchen is very functional & beautiful and exactly to my likings. They made the best use of every inch of space. I would not recommend this contractor to others. Yes, our home is more livable since the work. Subcontractors they are in relationships with do not follow through. We’re still left with low water pressure, improper connections of water supply, electrical outlet that does not work after a rewiring, and a possible gas leak. Also, HVAC thermostats seems not to work. The workers were not the tidiest, I had to bring this to the attention of the project manager Yani, and the CEO Arik on more than one occasion.

Our best experience as far as their subcontractors has been with the solar company ( Solar Edge)

David at Lars Remodeling is a man of integrity and honesty. My whole home remodel of my 70's era home was challenging and complicated. David made everything come together and backed up all the work. If I wasn't happy, David wasn't happy. Three other family members have all used David for home remodeling. They are the best and will make you feel comfortable during the entire process.

They stand by there code of ethics and trust. The Design process through the construction process is one of the best I have seen. The construction process is enjoyable and Arik makes it fun. There preferred vendor list and trades make this process and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend using Arik for your whole house project.
