Sam negotiated in good faith , but the job was not professionally done for the money I paid. Install sump pump and had the water running into neighbor’s yard and in front of my house. Mail lady refuse to delivery mail because of the ice in front of my home. Ran a pipe so the water now runs into the lot which is now very muddy. The work was very unprofessional with the the money I paid. Very disappointed. Sam didn’t even come back to see if I was satisfied. I would not hire him again.

We had a cement brick wall installed around our front lamp post. The men were great, BEAUTIFUL JOB!, on time, very clean and Sam gave us a great price and a pleasure to work with. We anticipate many more projects with Sam.

They gave me a reasonable price to repair a concrete drain in front of my driveway. They come on time did nice work. They did a good job cleaning up the removal of the old concrete Sam, and his men and show pride in their work and did a good job. I would recommend them to any one. I am very happy with them.

The people in this company are very unprofessional they gave me an appointment for a weekend and did not call or showed up to the house. First they gave a 4-6 pm on Saturday (no Show). They lie about calling to see if someone was home. There was someone in the house all day. They reschedule for Sunday 12-2pm and same thing happen no call or showed up. That is very unprofessional. There are plenty of contractor, if they don't want the job they should not have people waste their time waiting for them.

- Building permit records show that Progressive Renovation LLC has worked on 9 permitted projects.
Hired this company in 2020 to install brand new roof and new gutters, as well as replace chimney liner. They came and did the roof and gutters (the more expensive projects) and never returned my calls to do the liner. (the quote I got the best price on). A couple of months after they did the roof I had ANIMALS entering the space between the attic floor and my ceiling.
THEY LEFT GAPS between roof and the soffit. When one of their men went up on the roof you could SEE GAPS AND NESTS that animals had made throughout the whole house. I have pictures of the gaps and nest they left.
When I called them to come repair they said they didn't notice it when they did the job the first time and would "fix it". They put aluminum to cover the gaps. ALUMINUM IS NOT WATERPROOF OR ANIMAL PROOF. And so I had WATER DAMAGE in the bedroom ceiling in my house and animals chewed through the aluminum.
DO NOT HIRE. It cost me more money bc I used this company. MASSIVE DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE.
I HIRED SOMEONE ELSE TO PROPERLY DO THE JOB.
