After comparing several vendors, I signed a solar contract with Project Solar in November 2022. I was told the installation would take 2-3 months. After hearing nothing from Project Solar and their subcontractor SolarePWR, I contacted customer service but, they couldn't do anything with Solare. Finally, Solare did the solar panel install in mid-April. Since, then my panels have been generating power to who knows where. In August 2023, Solare power did not show up for the city inspection. Not once but, both times. I've heard of horror stories where people have complained their solar vendor took 5 months to complete the job. I've been waiting more than 9 months. Basically, Project Solar is just a lead capture company that then passes the lead on to any random installer. They take no accountability of their process or customers.
