Do not hire Darwin or Prominence Construction for any of your construction needs.
I hired Darwin and Prominence Construction for a basement project, paying him 60% upfront as the general contractor. Unfortunately, he walked away with $22,000 after completing only 20% of the work. Worse, he failed to pay the subcontractors, who are now reaching out to me for payments that he was responsible for.
Darwin promised a refund within two weeks, but it has now been over three weeks with no refund provided. I have reported him to DOPL and will be pursuing legal action. Avoid this company at all costs.
