After having a torch down section of roofing torn off by a hurricane, I noticed my neighbors who had metal roofs had no damage, while my household was almost destroyed. I contacted Promise, and they came out and gave me a bid. I accepted, and gave them a deposit. They are very busy as was every member of the home repair industry. When my turn came for installation, the damaged roof decking was replaced, , the roof wrapped in a membrane for condensation, and the metal roof was installed. I am very happy I got this roof system, it cost more that shingles, but I feel it will last many times longer. I am very pleased with Promise!
