Promodeling

We hired Promodeling to do a kitchen renovation. We chose them because their price was competitive and they were available while many other contractors were booked or quoting higher prices. Now I understand why they were available. Hiring them was a huge mistake. The price ended up being more than double what they quoted us, as more and more costs kept creeping up. The timeline took much longer than they estimated. Our bathroom remodel was not a very complex project so we were surprised at how "off" their original estimates were. They were supposed to finish the job in 3 weeks. Now it's been 2 months and we're still stuck without being able to use our kitchen, and tens of thousands of dollars down the drain. We fired them, and now we have to pay another contractor to clean up their mess. We should have just waited for a better contractor to free up and pay the other contractor a slightly higher price. It would have saved us so much money and time in the long run, and most of all, HEADACHE. In the end, we'll end up paying 3 times the price and spending a few months on what should have been a simple project. All the while, Guy and his crew were disrespectful. They tried to pressure us into decisions we didn't want to make, they weren't forthright with information about what was happening, they were slow to respond when we needed to know what was going on. Our neighbors complained about the constant noise. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

We hired Promodeling to add a 3rd floor addition consisting of 2 bedrooms a bathroom with storage area and a kitchen remodel. Despite being a very complicated project, taking nearly a year to complete and dealing with engineering issues, electrical upgrades and supply issues Guy remained always available and professional. I would hire them again, and already have!

Promodeling Inc. added a new room in our house. Our room was in a weird pentagon shape earlier so we wanted to take out a new room from that space and make them two rooms instead of one. None of the remodeling companies in San Diego could suggest any designs that can make the space look good after doing so. Finally, my friend referred me to Promodeling. We are glad we made this choice to hire them We are defiantly going to referred them to others as they referred to us.

Promodeling were every cooperative, skilled and professional. We got our patio and slab stamped concrete constructed by them.The results are great . I would highly recommend to hire and save huge costs, time and energy.

We decided to buy an old house in San Diego and get it renovated as per our requirements. We didn’t have a huge budget to accomplish everything we wanted but thanks to the superb team from Promodeling and Guy the owner we got excellently experience in no time and at a very reasonable cost. A big thumbs up to their team. Go for them without any second thoughts.
