I called for an appointment. They said someone would come in one week; after almost two weeks I called again and finally Carlos came out several days but didn’t bring his Freon as it was left at another job; he looked for AC leak but couldn’t find it. He did not want to replace the air handler in attic as job would be too difficult, but he had replaced the present handler in .2007 or so, but said he did not replace it, until I showed him the receipt of earlier installation, then said his crew wouldn’t want to now in such a small attic space? Anyway his associate came out and recharged my old unit for $150, but it only lasted 2 weeks before leaking out again. finally associate came out again with a plan for new ac and handler in a relocation project. Then they never called again. It looks like they are only interested with large projects now; I am disappointed in Pronto Air and could not recommend them, and I had them do both an Air handler and compressor years ago when they were starting out. I WOULD RATE LOWER than 1 star if possible.
