Property Restoration Group Inc. - formerly known as Sterling Fire Restoration hasn't changed. Our years of experience as a team with Sterling Fire Restoration, and our care for every project we work on have been carried over into PRG. Our company as a whole has more than 17 years of experience and teamwork, and PRG's president, Peter Treyer has Over 40+ years in the construction industry himself (and is fluent in Russian, Polish and Ukrainian).
PRG is still a full service property restoration company, with a highly skilled team of contractors specializing in construction and engineering.
We also specialize in insurance losses. We will repair and restore your property from the damage that occurred. There is no cost to you other than your deductible. However, upon request, we can submit an estimate to you for additional work you would like completed, such as adding a dormer or expanding for more square footage.

We are Chicagoland’s premier property damage specialist. Our team specializes in fire, water, storm and other types of property damage. Disasters strike at any time, so we are always prepared to assist those in their time of need.
Our purpose and function is to assist you in the preparation of all necessary documents, as per the terms and conditions of your insurance policy. This will include the repair estimate for the structure as well as any damage to your personal property.
With our vast experience, PRG has the ability and knowledge to generate the maximum financial recovery for the restoration of your home.
PRG provides written guarantees. Upon completion we will submit a "No Smoke Odor" guarantee along with a labor and materials guarantee for all work we perform on your property.
