Born and raised in Central Massachusetts, Dave’s experience in the roofing trade, started in 1982 and he has worked his way thru the ranks as a laborer, crew chief, estimator, salesperson and is the owner and founder of ProSense Roofing Inc. The key to his success has been hard work,honesty and fairness.

Dave passed the Massachusetts Construction Supervisors Exam and was licensed in 1985, Along with over three decades of roofing and building experience, Dave has continually sought training to keep up with the latest developments in the roofing industry.

As a HAAG Certified Roof Inspector, Dave holds one of the most respected credentials in the area of roof damage assessment. His extensive training and experience gives him a unique perspective in both identifying roof problems- as well as finding sensible solutions.

He is called upon regularly to advise as an independent expert for insurance companies to help with claims resolutions and render opinions in difficult claim situations. His work in the insurance industry led to becoming a licensed insurance adjuster in 2009-so storm damage is an area he has expertise in as well. Navigating the waters of an insurance claim can be a daunting task for some homeowners. Dave has helped many homeowners thru the insurance claim process to ensure things are handled in his customers best interests..

    Total roof replacement with gutters. Did a great job on roof and siding on the dormers. I love the look of shingles and siding. Makes me want to do the whole house over. Gutters took awhile no fault of Dave. Our house is very high and he had many different companies come out and refused to do it. Found one that would do it for more then he originally quoted he didn't charge me anymore. I can highly recommend Prosense Roofing
