A complex job involving roof and skylight wall, structural beams and preservation of finished woodwork inside. They were flexible to do the job right even during the Covid crisis.

My husband and I recently relocated to the area and had some serious work to do with our master shower. Naturally, we did some research on businesses in the area, and were drawn to Prosper Construction by the positive reviews. Prosper was our primary point of contact, holding our hands each bit of the way. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful countertop and subway tile backsplash! Our installer was prompt, friendly, and professional. The job was complete in only three days and the result completely transformed our kitchen. I decided to remodel my old guest house to convert it into a nice new unit. From The 2 estimates that I took, I decided to go with Prosper Construction Development. Adam came up with a great design and helped me to stay in my budget. I added a bathroom and kitchen ,tile floor, window and closet.we did a side separate entry door with cement walk way. Prosper Construction just finished remodeling my guest bathroom and I couldn't be more in love with it! I bought my older home about 10 months ago and the guest bath had a fiber glass (looked like plastic) tub, chipping paint, and a vanity that was falling apart. Prosper fully remodeled it, putting in a new deeper tub, tiling up to the ceiling, installing a new vanity, painting, tiling the floor, and replacing the ventilation, toilet, lighting and accessories. I booked him a couple months in advance and his crew started and finished right on time and right on budget (and we all know that's very rare in construction)! He and his crew were always polite, accommodating, and clean. Prosper is excellent at explaining the different options you have for your project, and helping guide you to what's right for you without being pushy or salesman-like. You can tell he just wants you to understand your options and wants you to be happy with it. I love how the work turned out and all the design elements. I wound up having them do a few other random projects as well, including redoing my guest bedroom closet doors and adding an outlet in my hallway. I highly highly recommend him and couldn't have asked for more!

I had been looking to get a brand new kitchen installed and was having a hard time getting a quote that fit my vision while still staying within budget. We just finished a complete remodel with prosper construction. My husband and I went through many contractors until we decided to choose prosper construction. We must have interviewed over 6 people and were very impressed with Prosper’s professionalism and consistency. For me the biggest plus was having help with all of the finish materials and helping me visualize this project. Our project consisted of a kitchen remodel, 3 bathroom remodels, flooring and painting. After living in our home for 20 years, it was finally time to renovate. We shopped around for contractors for a few months until finally deciding that Prosper Construction had done the best work. We had our entire house done from new kitchen and bathrooms to brand new flooring and much more. It's been about 7 weeks since Prosper and his team have been working on our home and it looks phenomenal. It's like we have a brand new home.

San Fransisco, CA 94112. They quoted me a competitive price of $19k and I was very pleased with the work they did. My bathroom looks terrific and prosper was able to finish their work in the timeframe they quoted me.

Prosper Construction Company is a awesome company with lots of experience and knowledge . They came to my home and remodel everything bathroom, kitchen, living -room and they gave me a great quote for $29,000 which I believe was very competitive . Prosper was able to make my home look brand -new from the windows, floors, new paint and all.The communication was great from start to finish was exceptional. There were a few snags in the project but they was able to correct them right away . I will definitely recommend them to friends and family because they left me and my family with a smile and I know they will do the same for someone else.

Had just invested in a property that wasn't exactly up to par in renovations. Decided to do some research for kitchen/bathroom remodeling contractors. Stumbled upon Prosper and saw nothing but good reviews. Decided to contact them and get some quotes for some remodeling we needed in the bathrooms upstairs. Bids were a little higher than other places but I had full confidence that it was going to be worth it. I was right. It's unfortunate that a lot of contractors these days will rip you off or half-ass the work, but Prosper did the opposite. They actually listen to you and make sure they go through the details. Definitely keeping them in my books.

Adam and his team delivered the most competitive quote (cost and timeline) and delivered. Minor, unavoidable issues that came up were addressed quickly and thoughtfully. They were very professional during the consultation, even offering ideas other then ours to better work on the appearance of our house. We setup an installation date and proceeded from there.

The whole job went seamlessly with no lang time, pretty amazing for this size project. Every day they completely clean up after themselves so you can still comfortably live in your home without a mess. It wasn't an easy job in any way and they worked their butts off. I had old poorly installed small marble tiles they demoed and replaced with old tile in the main areas, a new medallion in the entryway, small brick tiles in the kitchen, and new baseboards. My main installer and he gave great advice on all the decisions about placement, grout width, color, transitions. He is experienced, an artist, and has excellent instincts about what looks best and how to end up with a beautiful finished product. He was patient with my lumpy subfloor and all the quirks of my house, not to mention tons of cuts on all the edges of the brick.

My old outdated floor needed replacing and I'm very happy I found Prosper Construction Development. It was a big decision, being most of my home it was crucial to choose well. I shopped around for a while, and others I looked at seemed overpriced or untrustworthy. They came for estimate and spent a lot of time measuring and discussing options, pricing, and gave us great advice on tile selection and placement. I felt good about choosing them right off. I also decided to have them install new baseboards and am glad I did. I was able to squeeze in right before the holidays which was perfect, now my home is totally transformed. The new tile looks beautiful.

I just had my main bathroom tiled by Prosper Construction Development and I’m very happy with the job they did for me. Last year I remodeled my master bathroom using a Craigslist guy. I said never again, although I knew I would pay more. I called them for one of my five quotes. I am now one of those users leaving the same kind of review.

This company was reasonably priced, but more importantly, they are extremely professional! A contractor who shows up when promised, completes the job when they said they would, and even helped above and beyond on a couple of issues!

We used Prosper Construction Development to redo our guest bathroom. We chose them because their quote for labor was very reasonable, another place we got a quote from was over double what they quoted.
These guys came out and measured, and came back out one more time when we asked them to come look at something prior to us starting construction. Everybody who came to our house were incredibly friendly, honest, and easy to get along with.
The work they did was excellent, we LOVE our new bathroom. They were always on time, early even, cleaned up every day before they left, and made the entire process very easy. They quoted 4 - 6 days to get the job done and it was done in 6.
At the end of it all though, the work was great, and they definitely deserve five stars for that. We would use them again if we decide to redo another bathroom or any other work in our house, I have already referred them to two people.

Prosper Constructions Development just finished today painting my condo from top to bottom. The prep and painting was very well done and they were nice enough to help a color blind guy like myself pick some good colors to use.
