Do not use Prostaff Builders; Troy Hargrove is the owner and contractor. My house flooded in April 2016 and i hired Troy Hargrove to do the renovation; floors, paint, cabinets, bathroom, countertops basically the entire downstairs. He told me more than once he could do it all in 30 days...4 months past and i finally had to let him go as i realized i had been taken. He would work 1 day a week if that and the last 2 weeks he didnt show up at all. I paid him for approximately 95% of the job as i really wanted to get my house done and didn't want money to be an issue. He took the money and never finished the job and what he did do wasn't right or complete...ask for white cabinets gone some off color, said he would paint them; he thought they were white. Shower was suppose to have a box insert, got trim instead; he forgot. Closet was suppose to have upper and lower bar on both sides, got upper and lower bar on one side and one bar on the other; he misunderstood. He hired some company to paint and they did a terrible job so he didn't pay them. He had his guys paint and they didn't do much better and never finished. I am now pursuing with police and district attorney as this is criminal act. And have to hire a lawyer to sue him in civil court. Also filed a complaint with BBB.
