They send you outdated, broken equipment, then hold you to the contract despite the alarm system not working. They will promise you new equipment and never send it, or they will try to charge you to replace all the broken useless stuff they sent to begin with, and you will never get what you expected or paid for with your monthly contract. After three painful years of just putting up with false alarms and also no calls when alarm actually did go off (no monitoring), I thought I was done. We spoke to multiple reps and confirmed we were out of contract and finished, but the bills never stopped coming. Each time we got a bill, we would call. They ended up reporting me to Equifax and TransUnion and messing up my credit after all the money they basically stole from me.
