What's there to say about this guy..
Jason is the most honest & trustworthy hvac tech I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I oversee maintenance on many commercial buildings in the Spokane/ CDA area and after many many failed attempts contracting other HVAC companies and outfits for the buildings needs (other techs contacted either didn't know how to work on the equipment VAVs and heat pumps, water cooling tower etc, or understand how to use the building(s) HVAC controls) we finally found Jason.
Jason and Protek Mechanical take care of most of these buildings needs. Everything from preventative maintenance, servicing rtu's and evaporative units to working on shop heaters and mini splits when called. He is prompt, professional, priced very fairly and will never try to upsale you on unnecessary repairs or equipment.
At one point the old proprietary HVAC controls started to fail in one of the buildings. We contacted the original company to update and fix the failed components in the sytem. They requested well north of $100,000 to repair all that was needed. Jason found us an alternative for a fraction of the cost. He sourced all necessary parts and programmed the entire controls system for us, this also allowed me to have remote access to the controls (definitely saves me from having to show up to the building in the middle of the night for no heat calls!) At this point we are about 4 years in on the project and have no failures at all to report.
Always 10/10 workmanship/ quality of work when he is onsite.
I highly recommend anyone with HVAC needs to contact them!

I have absolutely ZERO complaints about Jason. He has always gone above and beyond what was expected. He is honest, and hard working. When our air conditioner went out in the middle of the summer heat that poor guy spent hours up in a 150 degree attic to make sure it wasn’t down for too long. I will continue to refer anyone needing hvac assistance to him

We own a restaurant, so finding a good an honest refrigeration company has been a long running challenge for us. I honestly can’t give these people a high enough rating. They saved my skin so many times it’s not funny. They have fixed things that I’ve paid other people to fix and they never gotten right. They have fixed problems that other people couldn’t figure out. They saved us on Sundays, they saved us on holidays. If I could give them 1 million stars I would. Honest, reliable, informative, and all-around good people.

I cannot say enough great things about Jason and Protek Mechanical. He removed an older, outdated furnace in my home and replaced it with a combi-boiler and tankless water heater. It's a work of art, wall mounted and diamond plated and it works like a charm. He's honest, efficient, and does amazing work. I would recommend him to anyone with HVAC needs.

Jason was and is a pleasure to work with. He installed a new HVAC system in a house I purchased. Jason replaced the old furnace and added air.
