    Purchase a new home from this builder. The purchase of this home included a 12 month warranty. There were several repairs that have been reported many times. The items have not been repaired. Some of the items go back almost 12 months for the original reporting.

    Excellent company! We purchased a small home in Nashville, and ended up tearing it down and rebuilding completely. Province Builders offers full scope on a project- from permits, teardown, grading, design, framing to finish. The crew and subs all showed on time, and finished on schedule and on budget. The owner was available for consult and questions. I recommend Province Builders-Highly!
