Absolutely awful customer service! Ordered and paid for 8 windows. They showed up late, took 3 days to install them and one was defective. A month later, I still can't get anyone there to return my calls or repair the defective window. Great price - if you don't mind the lack of quality and customer service. Pay with a credit card though - at least you'd have some recourse!
