We are contracted through a warranty company. On May 16, 2023, we put in a service call for our pool pump. Psofc picked up our service call. They are in Corona we live in Palmdale. They had us pay our $85.00 service fee and text it to them. They had us take a picture of our pool pump and send it to them and video our pump. They then had us sign a contract stating that we would go with them. They said they had experience working with our warranty company and would want to receive the $ first from our warranty company and then order our part. As of this date September, 2023...we have been going back and forth with them on the status of our pool pump. We contacted the assistant and she said our PARTS were in and had to find someone to come out to our area. They were trying to sub-contract our service request. After they stated they would come out themselves and install the pool pump. Now...they have received money from our warranty company... ordered the proper pool pump and still...no installation has been done. It is September 9,2023. We have spent hundreds of dollars in liquid chlorine. Mosquitos are now forming. I feel we have been taken advantage of and my comfort level is very low with the service of this company. I don't recommend this company to anyone. We tried to reach them and our warranty company as well however...to no avail PSOFC Has not responded to either of us. Still WAITING.

Bad experience with PSOFC contacted by my home warranty they did the samething with the previous guy leaving a review samething with my water pump saying they have to wait for my insurance warranty to received the funds which Mike was the one who installed my pump months later which he said if i zelle him money he will get the pump faster for him to installed it so i zelke him and he got the funs from me and my home insurance so i ended up paying twice which he said to contact the book keeper which her name is Daniel she said she was gona reimbursed me less then what ive zelle mike and until now they scam me and havent refund me my money! PLEASE BE AWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND RIPS OFF WOULDNT RECOMEND NO ONE TO PSOFC CORP BE AWARE IF YOUR HOME INSURANCE SEND TOU THIS INSTALLERS SPECIALLY IF ITS MIKE AND THE BOOK KEEPER DANIEL BEWARE!
