BEWARE - PTL Construction
I paid Ethan Floyd $2,400 to help me with building permits for a new construction project, since we were already working on another project. He never completed the current project so I asked him to give me my money back for the other, since we hadn’t started working on it.
He said he would only reimburse me $2,000 which I agreed to. It’s been months since he’s been saying he’ll do it, and he hasn’t, and now he doesn’t respond to messages or calls.
