Be careful with Liem (Peter) Le and PTL construction. Liem Le charged us for works that they did not perform. He even fake invoices and asked us to pay him. He & his subs are not expert in the field as they read the building layout wrong. If you refuse to pay him because he didn't perform those types of works listed on the invoice then he will file a lawsuit against you and file a mechanics lien on your property. We are his victims and we don't want anybody to be put in our situation. Please do a thorough check on your contractors before you hire one and best of luck with your project!
