We have used Mark 4 times over the last 10 years. I returned after the first 2 times because the work was good and i had very little need to oversee.
The third time not as good but any requests to resolve, Mark was willing to accommodate. This last time, i had sewers fail. Flood, and insurance covered a .lot of it. The plumbing subcontractor was good. The inside subcontractors not so good. We started to get settling cracks in remaining wall where we took out a small pony wall. There were some areas where paint job was not good and needed to be patched. asked him to make a replacement cabinet to match existing ones. They did not. hinges are different and did not even ask about hardware, which there is none. i requested followup right after the ice storm, knowing it would be a while. I have text recently asking them to give me a time line for followup on remaining issues, never to get a response.
If they continue to ignore me, i will not use them again. Disappointing.. At one time he did really good work. He use to have an awesome painting subcontractor. I await his response.
