The guys sent here to do exterior siding ( usually 1 guy) work at most 3 hours and that is generous. 3 hour lunches. One day he came and just moved a ladder then left. We complained and the dude showed back up at 4:30 to put in two hours work. Job started on a Thursday to be completed by the following week from Friday. Now they say next Wednesday. It’s Monday and they show up, do 1 hours work, leave at 10:30 am show back up at 1:30 to pick up their truck out of my driveway and left for the day. I come home for lunch one day to see the guy smoking and on his phone. He waved at me through the window. This is the day he just moved ladders to the new location and left. That was his work day. They take 3 hour lunches, still, even though we’ve complained to the owner. The owner is either being screwed, doesn’t care, or he’s running a crap business.

We hired Puffer Exteriors to do a project at our house and ended up being quite disappointed. They wouldn't listen to how we wanted our columns made in the front and built them how they wanted, not how we wanted them. Every time the foreman was not on site all work stopped. Three hour lunches were the norm, including workers taking naps in our garage. After paying in full we noticed a problem with some trim around the garage door that needed to be corrected before our new garage door could be installed by another company. They told us they would come take care of it on a Saturday morning (which we appreciated since we were up against a hard schedule). After I sat there all day waiting and they no-showed I complained. Apparently the owner didn't think I should be annoyed by that so he refused to make the corrections and told me they would not be back to our home at all and to have the garage door guys make the corrections (wasn't their mistake). If I knew that is how a good, paying customer was treated by them I would have never done business with them.
