    I have purchased a house from Pugliese Brothers in 2018. The closing title agent made a mistake of charging 2017 property taxes on the settlement sheet rather than Pugliese Brothers. Then, title agent sent a corrected settlement sheet and asked them to refund the amount. I am yet to receive a check from Pugliese brothers to fix this despite phone calls and texts. Be careful doing business with this company since they seem to merely interested in transactions rather building happy customer relationships.
