Would definitely NOT recommend this plumber. All that was needed was a simple plastic pipe replacement in the toilet tank. Steve however, tried to convince us that the whole toilet needed to be replaced and no repair could be guaranteed unless we fully replaced - and ONLY if the toilet was purchased through them.
There was also a very strong push for the $230+ "annual service plan". This was strongly recommended multiple times.
When pressed for a repair quote, he again said the work could not be guaranteed (even though the website says "All work guaranteed") and calculated it at almost $500.
We declined the offer, paid him the $50 charge just to come by and called a friend to come by & help my husband. It was fixed in twenty minutes and has had no problems since.
Call a different plumber.
