I would not recommend this contractor. He never provided a written quote after many requests. He never gave me receipts for materials bought by me. He promised to fix a pipe that was broken and it remains unrepaired. He answers his texts, but has not followed through on any of his promises.

T is a very personable sales person. Unfortunately, he did not meet his contractual agreement or basics of the job. He started my front sidewalk but never completed it. He took a 10% deposit, but after the demo, said he needed an additional $450.00 so that I could get my concrete poured the next day. That was April 16, 2022. Countless texts later and multiple promises it would be poured the next day or week, and it is June 30 with no concrete or refund for my huge payment. He also failed to follow up with my neighbor. Buyer be ware.

“T” is a nice guy. That’s where the pros end. He did a concrete job for our neighbor (didn’t finish job, ruined sprinklers and banged up fence). We had him bring 4” of gravel to an area to stop weed growth. He wanted to be paid in cash so I paid before he finished the job. I knew better but felt I could trust him. He leveled the area and delivered the first load. Having him deliver the rest was a long process but he finally delivered it after many calls and texts. He promised to bring a free load of gravel for our driveway as a kind of apology. Never happened. He was supposed to do a final cleanup of a pile of dirt. Also never happened. After many texts with no response I gave up. I really wanted to be able to write a good review but at this point it is not deserved. On a positive note however, his young crew were all very nice and good workers. If you decide to use him I would suggest getting a written bid in case small claims is needed and don’t pay until the job is complete.

Ti is a charming guy who was able to start right away. He had no time to prepare a contract or written quote. RED FLAG! He was recommended to us by some co-workers so we went with him. He quoted cement for patio, extending RV pad and area on side of house with a sloping issue. The work he did was fine. He came up with an alternate solution for the side yard that was far less work and material. He did not finish what he started there. One of his employees spilled a soda on our freshly poured cement and ate a hole in it. He did not fix that either. He is not reliable or trustworthy. He will also ask you to pay for materials directly to supplier and asks for cash payment. AVOID this company.

T was a wealth of knowledge regarding landscaping. He had a number of good ideas. When asked about producing a written proposal though for work to be completed, he told me that his wife was working on it.
The main reason for hiring him was to fix the drainage problem in my backyard. During storms, water does enter drains but backs up after several minutes of heavy downpours. After 3 days, T advised me that the drain was now functional.
To this day, water still backs up and floods the backyard and muddy water enters my pool.
My recommendation is, DO NOT use T for your drainage issues. He is not trustworthy and his integrity level is very low. He’s a good talker……..that’s it.
