Our experience with this builder was unsatisfactory. There were flaws in basic construction from a leaking roof and chimney and kitchen shelves that fell down to a ventilation system that consists of a bathroom fan; significant deviations from the architect's plans, including a wing built a foot short and a window in the wrong place, and what we consider to be substandard quality in finish work throughout. The project was significantly over budget, mostly without approved written change orders, which we felt was inappropriate.
