Our technician came out and replaced our water heater. He was prompt, courteous and honest. I have used our warranty company before and not found a single contractor that would show up or even call back. This company had a technician come out on a Sunday and fixed the problem and even called back later this evening to make sure everything was working properly. I will be loyal to this company due to their technician Ray and his professional attitude and great customer service.

I had a home warranty repair service call for my water heater which had a lot of sediment build up. They sent out a plumber (Matt Plummer, if that's his real name) who spent a total of 5 minutes listening to it and decided it had no issues, and that he could not clean out the sediment. Then they proceeded to gave my tenant a bill for $60.
Be Cautious.
