I had to sue Pure Air in small claims court because the owner, Mr Crothers, refused to refund me for a pre paid service agreement he cancelled when I refused to pay for services not needed. The judge made it clear that Mr Crothers was not entitled to such action. I’m still waiting for Mr Crothers to honor the Lee County court judgement by paying me what he owes. Mr Crothers lacks business ethics IMHO and I would never recommend Pure Air to anyone because of him.
