Eli & Pure Builders are 5 stars across the board all the way through, I don't know what more you could ask for from a contractor. With no connections in LA I was looking for the right general contractor to take my vision for a full interior remodel and make it a reality within a budget, and after meeting Eli I knew Pure Builders was my company. Trustworthy, dependable, effective, and overall an absolute joy to work with. No sugarcoating things or hiding the ball, Eli & Co made me feel like at all times my project was in great hands and when minor issues inevitably arose. Very high quality work, attention to detail, they care about your home like you would. Obviously things change during the journey, new requests, adds, deletions, etc and Pure Builders took it all in stride and accommodated all my needs. Pure Builders was highly recommended to me by my sister in-law, who’s doing a new build with them as well. We hired Eli for a smaller project, which consisted of a complete remodel and addition of our home. There were two sections where we added space. We added 490 sq ft to the back of the house for a master suite and another 300 sq ft to the front for a bigger kitchen. The kids rooms and bathrooms also were remodeled. One of the reasons we also hired Eli was because of his creativity and way of doing business. From the concept design meetings to completion of the job, I felt that the project was under control and going as planned. This was thanks to our project manager Yaniv and Jr. I could not have asked for a better team as a first timer with a remodel of this magnitude. There were a lot of details involved, which made me nervous at first, but as the project progressed I was very impressed with the way things were being done and the quality of the work. Eli and the Pure Builders crew remodeled our home when we bought it last year during the start of the pandemic. Not having gone through a remodel that was ANYTHING close to this magnitude, we felt that it was going to be a difficult and long process. Our experience designing and remodeling our home with Pure Builders was the best! We had spent countless hours researching design build firms and in numerous meetings until we found Pure.  to say the least we’re so glad we didn’t move forward with another company. Eli and his team listened. They listened and understood our vision. We did all our design meetings via Zoom which worked perfectly with my crazy schedule. The whole house was beautifully re-done. We initially signed for the design and plans only, but ended up hiring Eli for the construction as well, as we truly connected with them and had a great experience throughout the design. Starting with the contract all the way till they finished the project, everything was clear, well communicated, and explained thoroughly. It’s been three months since we remodeled and we love our home.  We can't say enough good things about the Pure Builders team! Eli and Jr were real pros. We convert one of our bedrooms into a master bath with a walk-in closet, remodel our kitchen, and install new flooring. We are so glad we did as it turned out so much better than we could have imagined. We have a charming 1940’s, so it was important to maintain the aesthetic of the home. Eli and our design team helped us and tied in classic yet modern style bathroom with very detailed tile work. One thing that made our project extra special was working with our project manager, Jr. Not only was he fun to work with, he made things easy to understand and did an excellent job at keeping our project on track. He was also very knowledgeable with the city codes, as he was a former city inspector. It was wonderful. We passed all our inspections without any hassles. As expected with a 80 year old home, we hit some bumps along the way. Jr walked us through each solution and helped us figure things out.  Everyone did a great job following Covid guidelines as we never saw a person without a mask. It would be a pleasure to work with Pure Builders again on our next project!

We couldn't be more excited to write this review after our experience with Pure Builders! We are thrilled with the work they did for us. Our home was built in the 1930's and now looks and feels updated and fresh. This is a team that is creative, organized, and can actually come up with solutions to maximize the space we had to work with. Eli pointed out challenges during the design and came up with great solutions that still worked with our budget. Eli led a team that worked great together, had good communication, solved problems, and delivered a beautiful product. All the different trades, from the tile guys down to the plumbers, paid attention to details, especially during the finishing phase. There was not a single chipped tile, dings on the cabinetry, or sloppy paint. Being able to be this detailed oriented is an important skill for a contractor to have. I found myself texting Eli numerous times about how the workers were doing such an amazing job. I wouldn't hesitate to call Eli for any future projects.

My husband and I decided that we would like to add a master bedroom, bathroom, and remodel our kitchen.  We spoke with at least 7 different companies, met 5 of them, and ended up hiring Pure Builders. The whole project took 4 months to complete and we couldn't be happier with the results. Everything turned out beautifully and I can't believe this is the same home! Thankfully, our designer Mariana drew up a 3D rendering so we could get a visual of what our addition and bathroom would look like. This was very helpful to have before commiting to the design as it was executed flawlessly. I wanted to take the opportunity to share my experience remodeling my home with Pure Builders. Eli, Yaniv, Mariana, and his talented team worked diligently and operated with a high level of integrity and communication - both internal and with the client. They are all professional, trustworthy, friendly, and followed Covid guidelines the whole time. If we met, we always kept safe distances, avoided physical contact, and everyone always used face masks. This was a huge relief as I was paranoid of getting my family sick. After working with our architect and Mariana, we were given very detailed drawings and scope of work which helped greatly in purchasing design items and fostering ideas. I felt like they did an outstanding job patiently walking me through the process and helping me bridge the gap between my initial ideas and the final product. Their wonderful office manager Love called me back within ten minutes after I emailed them about my project. We hired Eli for a full home remodel, and they were incredible to work with. We hired Pure Builders for our complete home remodel and the results are amazing. We’re the owners of a 4,200 square foot home in Westlake Village that we purchased new in 1996. After all those fun years with our two children and various pets, it was way past time for repairs and a refresh. We hired Pure Builders for major renovations to our home including creating a master suite, remodeling the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, and turning the garage into a home office. From our first meeting with Eli and Yaniv, right through their early completion, it was as good as an experience that a homeowner could have expected. Unlike other contractors we met, Eli conducted a thorough investigation of what needed to be done, how it will need to be done, and most importantly why. It was quite helpful as Eli broke down the project and explained things in an extremely easy and knowledgeable way so that we could understand what’s going on. Eli provided us with our designer Mariana, who also did a great job helping us visualize how our project would look, gave us advice on new appliances, helped us pick countertops, and floors that matched everything perfectly. With most of the companies we met, we didn’t feel as comfortable as we felt with Eli. My project was small in comparison to other projects Pure Builders typically handles. However, my outdated kitchen was a huge project from my standpoint because of how old it was and awkward it was. This is the second project that Eli has done for us. The first was a backyard and bathroom remodel, which we loved.
Most recently, an extensive remodel — kitchen, living room, master suite addition, bathrooms and flooring— and once again we had a great experience. In both projects, we've really enjoyed working with Eli and Yaniv and the rest of the team. They are smart, creative and full of innovative ideas. We’ve had the chance to work with a lot of contractors and Eli is by far the best one. From our first phone call, we felt like Eli was right for our project. He took the time to ask what we were looking for and getting to know me us a person, not just another client. The communication was superior. He visited us the next day and was very genuine, knowledgeable, and understood our vision to update our very old home. The 3D renderings he presented had exactly what we asked for. The whole project was a satisfying experience. Eli was clear, prompt, and made sure that the construction didn’t disturb our daily life or work. I’m beyond content with the quality of the work, service and expertise. It’s rare to find a contractor who is considerate and competent. Pure Builders recently completed a remodel of a master bathroom and jack-n-jill bathroom. We compared reviews and quotes from several companies, and settled on Pure Builders based on a combination of excellent reviews, an excellent first meeting with owner Eli, a competitive quote, and visiting some other properties that used them. Everyone on the team was a pleasure to work with from owner Eli, to foreman Udi, to Love in the office, to the individual workers. Coordination and scheduling was excellent throughout the process. Eli and Udi were very responsive with addressing change requests and correcting any small issues that we noted. In addition to the bathrooms and hallway in the original contract, Eli willingly accommodated additional items that we requested at reasonable cost. There were also several small things, unrelated to the primary bathroom work that Eli took care of without additional costs. There was no nickel-and-diming for small items, which I really appreciated. As an example, after the work was fully completed and paid for, we mentioned to Eli that we were planning to order and install another pendant light that was not originally planned, and he offered to have someone come and install it at no charge. We highly recommend Eli and Pure Builders.

He listened to our needs, offered excellent suggestions and developed a solid plan for completing the remodel of two bathrooms at my home in Westlake Village. When we had questions Eli would say “There are no problems, only solutions” and together we found the answers. Last September we bought a fixer upper in Sherman Oaks, like many we did meet with few contractors as we knew what we wanted. We decided to go with Eli’s company for few reasons: A: Management, his system using Buildertrend is what we heard from friends who told us it’s the best way to keep in touch with what’s happening daily.
B: Creativeness, Eli showed us so many options we didn’t even think possible. His crew and field manager are fun to have around, not just for the great work they put in but for the energy and respect. I must admit Eli’s price for the remodel was higher than the rest of our estimates but we knew that having him do the work meant we were in good hands.
As for the remodel, we installed a new kitchen with a large island after removing a wall to have an open space, installed new doors and windows, remodeled 3 bathrooms, new hardwood floors, and painted the inside and out.

Like many here we met with a couple of companies but Pure Builders stood out. My wife loved Eli’s concept designs so we signed with Pure Builders to perform the remodel.
I must say, the entire process was much faster than I expected. It felt like Udi and Eli have this system that just works. They had a walkthrough to each stage of the remodel to eliminate any issues which, we first thought maybe was too many meetings but, we quickly realized how efficient their system is for a fast process .

After dealing with other contractors in the past I can tell you that their work was faster than we were ready for. We did some major changes to the layout of our house. We knocked off few walls and added some square footage. Brand new kitchen and beautiful 2 new bedrooms. And wow the house looks like new. Eli Kaspi works in a very organized way. You can’t get “lost”.
And the process is very quick and efficient. Loved the process and loving the results.

We bought a house in Thousand Oaks and knew from the beginning that the house would need a complete remodeling.
We interviewed three contractors and each one of them had his own approach. We were confused....
Eli Kaspi from Pure Builders was the only one who advised us to sign a contract of a complete design for our project. We weren’t sure at the beginning if this was the right thing to do, even though it made the most sense. We chose this route and started working with the design team of Pure Builders. We went through our goals and what we wanted to achieve with this remodeling. Through this process we have changed some things from our original plan. These changes alone saved us some money in the future to come. Through the design process we chose everything from tiles, countertops, cabinets and even the color of the grout that we will be using for the tiles. Something I never even thought I would have to choose. The design process may seem longer at the beginning but was definitely worth it in the process. We ended up hiring Pure Builders to execute the project. Udi was assigned to our project as a project manager. He was so nice and supporting throughout the whole process. We just finished our complete remodel in Calabasas which took about 7 months total.
Our home looks amazing. To start, it took us YEARS to save for this remodel, we knew that we only had one time to get it right, so we started our search for a reliable and honest contractor. Eli had his designer join in and so begin our journey.
Our house is big but simple and kinda boring, however with Eli’s team we turned it around to a thing of beauty.
We gutted the house, moved walls, replaced windows and doors, installed new flooring, new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, re painted inside and out, built a custom bbq, a fire pit and artificial turf.
One important factor that helped us choose Pure Builders was that they are using Buildertrand which enabled us to view the entire process on line at any given moment.

We decided to make our current house bigger since we loved our home and it’s location, we met with Eli and other companies but felt as if Eli is original and cut’s right to the point. We felt as if no one was handling us.
With the other companies we didn’t feel that at all. I must add one more thing regarding this matter.. All the rest of the companies we met with wanted us to go bigger. As if our plan didn’t mean a thing to them. Pure Builders listened to us and helped us achieve our vision no matter the obstacles. 
Our kitchen needed to relocate in order to retain the most square ft. We also installed a Fleetwood door in our family room facing the backyard which opened up the house and gave us so much air and light (best expensive item we ever got). The crew was fantastic, always showed up on time and respected our privacy.

Me and my wife added a master suite to our small home. We wanted our suite to be large and spacious to include a standing tub and a large shower with jets and rain shower heads. We had no clue about the stages and process and searched for few months on Houzz.com and came across Pure Builders , I called and scheduled an appointment. We got 4 quotes on our complete remodel project and even though Pure Builders wasn't the cheapest, I'm so glad we went ahead with them. From the knowledge and explanations we felt that they weren't just here to take our money and went with our gut feeling. They were very prompt with telling us what was happening step by step-detail by detail. I expected them to take at least 7-9 months on everything ,surprisingly it only took 5 months because of their fast workers and system. We signed a contract for a 700 square ft addition which includes a new kitchen, family room and dining/play room.
Setting up an appointment for our estimate was very easy and we met with Eli the owner of the company.  Eli’s ability to envision the transformation of the space was impressive and his 3d designs live up to his ideas.  He has a very professional yet approachable and friendly manner.  Our project was fairly big and took about 6 months once we acquired the necessary city permits.
As this company is a one stop shop, they will support you with design and permits through their in-house architect and engineer and will see the project through to the finish.
We installed costumes cabinets with 2 islands since we didn’t want to have many wall cabinets, we wanted an open space.
The island included water fall outer tops which looks amazing. Our kids love their new play room as we enjoy our home in a totally new way.

I have been contemplating on remodeling my kitchen for years now but was a little apprehensive as I didn't want to spend too much money and I really wanted a trustworthy, honest and hardworking company to do the job. I heard about Pure builders when I went into my friend's house and complemented her on her amazingly beautiful newly remodeled kitchen. I had to know of the company who created this masterpiece.
Having a Type A and super controlling personality, it gets extremely difficult to work with companies who are unresponsive and like to push their ideas on you. But Pure was SO different. Every time I emailed or called Eli and Udi, their immediate response, feedback and ability to always accommodate my needs was amazing. I was probably incredibly annoying, as my ideas kept changing, and I kept emailing them about minor changes I wanted to implement. But they were incredibly patient and understanding.
They were affordable and always kept me in the loop and I had a new kitchen in about a month! The kitchen of my dreams! I can't thank the Pure team enough for their great work, attention to detail and commitment to their customers. I can't wait to work with them again to remodel other areas of my home!

We hired Eli Kaspi to completely remodel our home. We heard about his company and work from family members who hired him previously. Like many here we quickly learned how knowledgeable he is. Our remodel included 4 bathrooms, kitchen, removing walls to enlarge the kitchen, replacing all windows and doors with Fleetwood. Master suite addition of 650 square feet and exterior paint.
His crew and project manager Udi are on top of their craft. From design to built we had meetings and walkthroughs for each step. That alone saved us many issues and money.

We finally decided it was time to remodel our backyard. Me and my husband met with Eli about 3 times. We discussed our vision and goal for our backyard and he knew exactly what idea and look we were going for. We re did the plaster in our pool. Installed new copping , added a fire pit and pavers with some turf to play on. Project took about a month which was way quicker than expected. We love our yard and love seeing the kids enjoying it as well. Thank you to everyone at Pure for your hard work and Education. Looking forward to working again soon.

Great construction company with exceptional service and high quality work. Can't say enough nice things about Eli & Udi, they were on top of the project the whole time, extremely responsive to all my needs, and ensured the project is completed on time and on budget. I love my new remodeled bathrooms, and the new backyard fence looks great and sturdy. They made the whole construction experience surprisingly pleasant and stress free, which is the first for me. All my other experiences with other contractors were terrible and very stressful. I highly recommend Eli and his team. Given the high quality work and service, their pricing was very reasonable and offered a lot of value :)

We used pure builders to convert a portion of our 2 1/2 car garage into a den/office for my husband.  We are also expecting our third child, and the building of the den would create enough space for all of our kids to have their own room (because seriously, they would fight with each other until they killed each other).

Eli was very mindful to the fact that this conversion would need to take place quickly so that we could have the rest of our house in order before our baby arrives.  He was impressively prompt in responding to any and all of my questions, getting quotes and letting me know what would be happening on which days.  His communication skills are top of the line and he was always pleasant to talk to when he was on the phone, or at our house.

We opted to have the project permitted through the city (which was not mandatory for what we were doing), so it did take longer than we were wanting. But, with that being said, we knew that permitting the project would require inspections and it would require more of a "day to day" mentality.  All in all, we had the entire project done in just over a month, and still before the "deadline" we had set for Eli

Eli provided recommendations for places to look for tile, shelving, etc.  We are thrilled with our conversion and have saved Eli’s information for future projects

My wife and I bought a home back last year and wanted a remodel to both bathrooms and kitchen.
It was our first remodel, and all we knew of remodels was that there are a million shows on television about them, and there's always a problem.  With that in mind, we kept had to keep a positive attitude.

As we started construction we decided to change few things around in our kitchen and added a smart home system which evidently changed our total project amount over our original budget and our deadline.

Udi, who was our point of contact for the remodel, managed everything else.
He was great at communicating our options. He returned a call within hours of us leaving a message. Every time. When we had an issue with something, he reacted.

Our experience with pure builders was nothing short of excellent. Eli stayed right on top of things and was responsive to our concerns as well as keeping us informed as to issues, and schedules. We are experienced remodelers ourselves so appreciated the level of skill demonstrated by the crews and the attention to detail. The lead carpenter, Craig, was nothing short of amazing. 

We remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom and our backyard. Our friends who remodeled a year ago told us to hire a separate company to remodel our backyard, but working with Eli and his team we didn’t feel like we needed to and went ahead with the entire project. We are so happy to have gone with pure builders as our general contractors.
Our backyard included pavers, fire place, BBQ and synthetic grass.
All the trade crews were amazing.  We had to pour a new cement floor.  The cement masons were excellent. The tile guy, did everything we asked him to do. The cabinet maker was very concern about what we wanted, again the cabinets are beautiful. The room we call an office/craft room is everything we wanted. They did an excellent job. We will hire them again!!!`

We had Pure Builders remodel our home. We wanted to work with our interior designer which can be a challenge to some contractors, but Pure Builders have proven us how professional they are. Eli your attention to detail is superb. We started with relocating the kitchen to allow a better flow as you walk in the front door. Now the kitchen has much more room and a great view (which I find priceless)

We wanted to remodel our small kitchen and somehow make it larger. I had several builders bid the job, but only one stood out as the most knowledgeable, Eli from Pure Builders. He gave me a reasonable quote for the huge amount of work. As soon as the building inspectors gave us the go ahead, the demo got started promptly. At this time Adam, also from Pure Builders, took over the project. Communication with Adam throughout the entire project was excellent. The crew showed up promptly and walls and cabinets came down quickly, a new wall was created 4 feet towards the garage. The soffit in the kitchen was removed to match the adjacent room's ceiling hight. This gave the entire area a much larger look. The crew working for Pure was a delight to work with, but above all, they listened to my requests and always did the job to my satisfaction. We are now enjoying our beautiful kitchen, thanks to Pure Builders for making it all possible. This is a "Class Act" operation, I highly recommend.

We live in a different state and looked for a contractor with the resources to help us with our CA home remodel. Pure builders had all that we needed to plan and execute our remodel. Being in touch on a daily base, bi weekly reports and schedules attached with videos and pictures we couldn't have found a better suited company to trust with our home. The kitchen and dining area in my home were disproportionately small compared to the rest of the house. The lack of space made it very difficult to have people over for get together because there was nowhere to put additional tables and chairs. Pure Builders Inc tore down two of the walls to add an addition that would give me enough space to have all of my loved ones over at once. Space looks beautiful and the addition looks like it was an original part of the house. I’m planning a get together soon to show everyone how great the project turned out.

My partner and I recently purchased a house together. Though the house was beautiful, it really needed some work done on the kitchen as well as the master bathroom. I asked around for a good company to do the necessary renovations and was pointed in the direction of Pure Builders Inc. They put in these lovely, black tile floors in the master bathroom with matching countertops. They added a lot of additional storage space in the kitchen as well as fresh paint and new appliances.
