Pure roofing replaced the roof on my home in San Antonio. On the next rainfall, the roof leaked (nice). They fixed that leak without charge. 7 months later I sold the home. The buyers inspector found several defects which they requested be fixed. The slow response from Pure roofing threatened the closing date. Eventually, Pure agreed to the repairs for $750 to fix their own defects from 7 months prior after being paid $17k to replace the roof. Prior putting my house up for sale, I recommended Pure to my neighbor. Brooke offered us a referral fee. After replacing my neighbor's roof, they refused to pay the referral fee. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Had a contract for a metal roof and all around gutters on our house here in San Antonio in 2018. When the roof was done Brook asked for the remaining balance of the job and said they will be back to do the gutters and finish the job since it started to rain that week. When I was hesitant to issue the remaining balance he said and I quote, “Don’t you still trust me when we’ve been here for a week?” Being so trusting, I fully paid him and no one ever came back to install the gutters. I’ve repeatedly called the office and never got a call back. This guy has no integrity at all and cannot be trusted. I may have to resort to legal means to get them to finish the job on our contract... STAY AWAY AND DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!!
