I packaged two pool resurface projects with them. Both experiences were regrettable at best. The sales person sold us a product that thier staff was unable to deliver. There were multiple mistakes made on the craftsmanship end of the project as well as cutting corners on quality that were irreversible. We ended up with multiple apologies and a subpar product that is disturbing to look at every time I enter my pool patio. The second project began to leak only a few weeks after completion and Pure Pools, North Port is still avoiding any responsibility. I would not recomend this company, even for an estimate. It is guarenteed that they cannot accomplish a quality finished product.

Pure Pools admit they owe me over $2000 by signed contract after renovating my pool but omitting the paid for upgrade rock surface. They refuse to pay me because Mr. James McCampbell states he is 'broke'. This has gone on for over 3 months with continued excuses from Pure Pools. I am now forced to begin legal action to recover my money. Pure Pools are crooks and deserve to lose their license. Do better research than we did and stay far away from Pure Pools. Workmanship was poor. Do NOT recommend.
