Working with PureHaven homes has been one of the WORST experiences of my life. Shane Harr and Andy Mapp are great at sales, making us feel comfortable in the beginning, but constantly under-delivering. We were told our house would take 7-8 months and it took 18 months! We had about a month worth of delays due to engineering changes, of no fault of PureHaven other than our superintendents were incompetent and slowed things down. They spent all their time on the spec homes they built instead of being at our project. STAY AWAY!
