  I purchased a water softener and drinking system from APOLLOTEK international few years ago, I got to say this was one of the best investments I ever did. All my family is very pleased with the systems, the texture and flavor are so much better and my skin is very soft, my wife and I used to suffer from skin rashes, NOT any more they went away 100% with the softener, the drinking ALKALINE water is also amazing we don’t buy bottled water anymore, this is so much better and not to mention that we don’t have to worry about the empty bottles, the service that Mr. Alonso Lopez has given us is amazing too, whenever we call him for any questions or to test system he is there for us, I highly recommend the company, systems and the customer service that Alonso Lopes has given us.

  We live in san Diego and we bought a whole house water system from Apollotek, we notice a big difference having clean water in our home, it is lees work for my wife and I in cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, No more hard water, Now we save money on laundry soap, shampoo, bar soap, etc. by using less amount,. My wife is very happy, her hands, skin, and hair are much better now. I’m a truck driver and drinking Real Alkaline Water made a BIG difference for those long hours on the wheel, I have more energy and feel much better. The service and attention from Mr. Alonso were excellent, I will recommend Apollotek Systems to anybody when you find something good you want to tell everybody.

Notamos una gran diferencia teniendo agua filtrada en nuestra casa, no mas dureza en el agua, ahora es mucho menos trabajo de limpieza para nosotros en baños y cocina, ahora gastamos menos cantidad en jabón para la ropa, shampoo y otros.
  Mi esposa está muy contenta, sus manos, su piel y cabello están mucho mejor que antes.   Apollotek Water System

  My daughter had Apollotek install a water system unit in my house less than 6 months ago. It has been a nightmare ever since. The service is terrible, the installer disconnected my ice maker and did not reconnect it. Now the company wants me to pay $150 for him to come back out and reconnect it. The sales rep is pushy and unprofessional and now the system stopped working altogether. It is too expensive to maintain. Please save yourself $6000 and close the door when the sales rep knocks.

  They never did what they promised. We never had anyone check our water after installation, we have no instructions on the filters. We have called for service and no one has showed up 2 days in a row after 2 scheduled appointments.

  Apollotek run away close your door as soon as they knock shady salesman and worse service my unit has worked a combined month and a half almost had it a year it took months for them to send someone to fix it and still the water is not better than the store water. Save yourself 5grand it's not worth it and they don't care about customers once they XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXer you into buying their system

  I've recently purchased a water purification system from Apollotek International and am thrilled with my decision. I had other water companies come to my home, but the quality of the product didn't come near Apollotek's. Also, the friendly and professional representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Lorenzo any day. I am so happy I chose to buy from such a professional company as Apollotek.

  "Apollotek" Very Unprofessional! My unit has been broken for several months and they still cannot send someone to fix it. I have called several times and no one ever returns my calls. Per Elmer there is no service technician in San Antonio. Funny how they didn't have a problem finding someone to install it right away!

  Unit broke within 6 months. They have a way of making it to the seventh month and thus labor warranty not covered. I have to pay for the labor. That's on top of more than a month following up the problem. I paid 5k for the system. Please be mindful to read the warranty. Too expensive to maintain. The city water system is clean enough for use. I have been without the water system for more than a month and we are still fine. Save your money for better use.
