Here’s the experience my wife and I had working with this company. We just got our roof replaced last week by this company (Puro-Tec Property Restoration based in Bensalem) and it was an absolutely horrible experience. They trashed our lawn and didn’t properly clean up after themselves. Lots of materials, tools, wawa trash strewn about. They left a huge trailer blocking us from getting our car out of our driveway for several days. When we finally asked that they move the trailer after the work was done we were told we’d have to wait yet another day. When I complained the roofer in charge came back late that night and he jammed on our doorbell ringing it nonstop at almost 11PM and was threatening and cursing at me for him having to come all the way back to get his trailer. He scared me and my wife half to death thankfully I have home protection. His bosses Andy and Scott were not helpful at all resolving the issues we had. Eventually I got him to leave our property with his trailer but it took a while. Hopefully this roof stays together as we never want them to come back. If you need contractors please do yourself a favor and avoid Puro-Tec Property Restoration. I wish someone had warned us.
