    I used Puroclean of Lakeland due to the loss of water in the kitchen area.
    It affected kitchen, dining and common wall behind the bathroom.
    Miguel came out wearing a mask on for respect of the house and us too.
    He took a lot of pictures and explained us the entire process of what was going to happen in the couple of days for the drying process.
    Always on time and would call at least 1/2 hour before getting to my house.
    Always kept me updated of what was happening.
    I’m so glad it was him for my loss.
    Hope nothing happens again but if it does I would call to send him again with the card and magnet that he left me.
    Puroclean the best!!
