Worst experience ever.... save your money and heartache. They were referred to me by someone, and first time experience was good. However, the 2nd time and 3rd time experience have been progressively worst. In the 2nd contract, paid them to take out a shed, with details in a text message. They took out the wrong shed. Luckily, I had details in text message so they couldnt deny their mistake. Last experience is still on going, and is like a nightmare that is not ending. 3rd time, we signed the agreement on Aug 12th, 2017 for a retaining wall, drainage system, leveling, and shed. They took weeks to just apply for the permit, when they found out we need a survey (he should have known earlier). I got the survey done, finally got the permit on 10/25/2017.
1. Its been close to 7 months now, and the job is still not done.
2. On top, his attitude is as worst as it can get. John is the worst guy ever. Not only the attitude, but seems more like a crack head. Dont understand how a person can be that un-reasonable. Like he is giving me a favor by taking money from me and doing not even a half a** job. So many horror stories of his attitude, wont even list details here. One morning, he showed up after months of running after him, yelling at me for the car in the driveway. The tenant was at home, and moved the car within mins, but he was ready to leave. Seems like he expected the driveway to be left clear for him for months/ years, until he finishes the job.
3. Took more money than what I should have paid based on the agreement so far. Saying, need to pay for concrete, I dont have money right now... and I kept paying to just get it over with.
I am really done with them. Zero hope he will honor his words, but would like other people to know what its like to work with them.
