Poor quality, I have had nothing but headaches and expensive fixes since I brought this new home, I purchased 2018. I thought the purpose of purchasing a new constructed home is to skip large expenses for awhile. My grading of property was terrible I had a river of water running through my back yard until finally got some grass to grow but I still have a large area where the water still runs from my neighbor’s yard. My heat/air unit began leaking and damaged the wall and ceiling in the garage. The technician stated it wasn’t leveled right and the apparatus that automatically stops the unit from over flowing was never placed it was actually lying beside the unit that was a very expensive fix $600. I have cracks in my ceiling, the back off the doors are peeling off, there are gaps in flooring were it wasn’t cut correctly, the dishwasher wasn’t even connected causing a small flood in my kitchen, weather stripping peeling from around doors, doors coming off of hinges. My latest expense my garage door stop working., the technician stated some things were put on wrong and the motor speed was programmed high to force the garage door to go down. Paint peeling and cracking. I’ve only been in my home 2 yrs. I truly regret my purchase with this company

Poor grading of build site. Refused to fix drainage issues. Basically built a moat around our home. Poor seeding of grass. Our moat won't grow anything because the seed gets washed away in the river. Ceiling cracking in 19 month old him due to poor craftsmanship. A team of circus apes could have done a better paint job in every room. No stove vent. Closed wet doors so that when they were opened the paint peeled off. Window sills say after 12 months. Carpet cut too short in several rooms. Cracked cement in driveway. Ground eroding under driveway due to poor grading. Dumped huge like of cement in our yard. Refused to come clean it up. I wouldn't recommend. When confronted Davin Pyhala stood in my kitchen and said, " I build these houses affordable. If they aren't falling down when I look at them, then I'm happy with it. You should be able to live with this?. What a slap in the face!!

Poor quality, should check all doors to see if level!!
Painting? I could hire a child to do better!
Condition of house after built, check for trash in attic!
Ceramic tile, scracthed and marked, probably from appliances being installed, Builders response "hummm not sure what that is"
Stove, haha hope you like cleaning your own the old fashion way,its not self cleaning. I thought they were obsolete!!
Stove appears to be vented, ha until you try and cook on it, smoke fills your kitchen, builder doesn't vent outside!
Worst of all when asked about issues, refuses to call you back!
Thinking of building, better think again and certainly not with Davin Pyhala -

Horrible ! The worst builders ever! My Hvac went out just a couple years after purchase. The roof was leaking. My yard has a small river when it rains. Every single outlet and switch in the house is having to be replaced due to burn outs and the electrician says we are living in a major fire trap! God sees you Mr Pyhala!!! What a ripoff and horrible person you are. I.messaged you in Hope's of getting some help, praying you were an honest man but actions speak louder than words!
Thanks for nothing!! My next step is to an attorney!
