Excellent experience from start to finish. I am very pleased with the patience and guidance from Rory. Mike the installer and his team of youngsters worked well together like a well oiled machine. Each one knew what was next in succession.
Once completed and in filling the pool I noted a small problem. Once I reached Cory the problem was corrected the same day.
I strongly recommend Pyramid Pool and would definitely utilize the service if ever needed. -

Used to much sand. Bought replacement pool that was suppose to be deeper sand mounded and now shallower and feet still leave foot prints two months later. 0ver tightened filter connector and outtake screws leaks all over.

Absolutely the worst customer service! Never return phone calls, never show up when they say they will. Take your money and the second there is a problem it's like pulling teeth to get a response.
