  Kitchen remodel

  Do not listen to the previous unsupported claims about QQ. These reviewers probably don't even have a high school education. Not only is QQ fast, they also have the lowest prices in the area when compared to big companies like Lowes and Home Depot. They came and installed my countertop within a week! Also, though it is true that they are Chinese, it doesn't mean that they can't communicate well. How come they have had so much customers enjoy their products without complaints about "communication"? Marilyn probably needs to be examined by a doctor for hearing problems.

  Granite counter top

  This company was recommended by my contractor. I had a total kitchen remodel. My granite counter WAS NOT sealed properly!! Less then 3 months after instulation I got a grease stain on it. Called QQ for help. Called three times and got no where. No one ever returned my call and no one ever came by my home to check out the stain. The girl said after 6 months they can’t help. It had been less than three!! I then called a professional granite cleaning company who offered me free advise over the phone. I was happy with my counter but not that the fact that it was not sealed properly. If it was this stain would not have happened. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! And hard to communicate as they are Chinese and don’t understand well. I would never recommend these people to anyone. If you go there ask about a warranty. Keep all your papers and receipts!! Your going to need them!!!

  granite counter tops

  VERY BAD customer service. Had my granite installed in Dec 2016 did not move into the house until June 2017, last week in March of 2018 called to report my granite had scratches, the woman took all info never got back to me. I called again today 3/26/18 she said she could not find m paperwork, I responded I HAVE ALL THE PAPERORK, she said send me a picture, who does not keep proper files? Anyway owner called me back later, very rude told me he was recording my conversation when I told him I was reporting him to YELP, BUILDZOOM.com and the others. He told me I was threatening him! Yes I was by reporting him and he did not stand behind his product. He also badmouthed Marriotti Lumber when I first went to him for an estimate saying he had better product which was NOT TRUE. This guy is no good! STAY AWAY from them!! Very ignorant, uneducated and bad products! You get what you pay for he may be cheaper but he is no good!
