I am not happy with this builder. Not living up to his home warranty over 5 months have gone by and still my issues are not resolved. And no contact with builder either.

I bought my home at 404 Morganite Ct Knightdale NC in 2017. I have had nothing but problems with my home. I had to repaint the whole inside of my house because of the cheap paint they used had my heating and ac unit replaced because they put to small of a system on my house had to replace my windows after only four years because they we builders grade and was starting to let mold in had to replace my oven and dishwasher because they were cheap and did not work right from day one. My contractor Mr Antwan Ray was less than professional it took me getting in touch with my real estate agent to get him to do his one year warranty. I should not have had to put this much money into a house only five years old.So beware of Quackenbush Homes I learned an expensive lesson.I would not recommend this company to anybody.If you are in the market for a new home and you see Quackenbush is the builder go the other way fast.
